Description of a typical lesson: |
In our virtual classroom you´ll see your teacher live! The teacher can share documents, programs and presentations with you. Also a whiteboard has been built in, to optimize the classes even more! We use PowerPoint presentations. |
| Do I need to have a certain level of a language before I start? |
| No, whether you are a complete beginner or at an advanced level our tutors will customize classes according to the level of our students. |
| How many lessons do I need? |
| This depends on the person. In general, for the Basic travelers course a minimum of 30 lessons. The DELE course depends on the student. |
| How do you monitor the teachers performance? |
| All our students get a form on which they are asked to give their opinion about the classes and teachers. |
| How long are the lessons? |
Our lesson time is an academic hour (50 minutes) x2= 100 minutes if you buyd the package. |

| Do you use textbooks? |
We don´t use text books. We use PowerPoint presentations and audio. |
| What equipment and software do I need? |
Minimum Requirements to use the website:
You will need a computer(PC running Windows 2000, 2003, XP or Vista. OR Linux OR MAC OSX 10.4 Windows - IE6 * 7/Firefox; Linux - Firefox; MAC - Safari/Firefox, 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM) on broadband internet (with at least 150 kbps upload and download speed) with headphones and microphone configured. You should also have flash 9 or above. |
| Do I need a headset and webcam? |
We recommend using headsets for better sound quality, and to keep your hands free to type and interact with our tutors. A webcam is not required. If you have a webcam your tutor will be able to see you during the lesson and this can be helpful. However, regardless of whether you use a webcam or not, as all our teachers have webcams you will be able to see your teacher on screen. |
| Can I cancel and reschedule my classes? |
| You can reschedule a class 24 hours before. No show, you’re teacher is gone alter 15 minutes. |
| What happens if the teacher is late or doesn’t show up? |
| Our student will get another teacher that’s available at that moment, or can take the class in another moment. |

| What´s the difference between pay as you go and our other monthly payments? |
The monthly payment consists of more classes and is less expensive. The payment per class is more expensive but you´re not obliged to anything. |
| Do I need to take the online test? |
We recommend to take the online test to be sure of your level. |
| How do I pay? |
| We accept payment by credit card, cheques or Paypal. Our online scheduling system payments are processed through Paypal, the internet standard for accepting payments online. |
